Beef Bulgogi
Ingredients
2 lbs tri tip roast beef
10 tablespoons soy sauce
5 tablespoons truvia (stevia sugar substitute)
1/2 cup onion
4 tablespoons minced garlic
4 tablespoons sesame seeds
4 tablespoons sesame oil
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon red chili flakes
1 teaspoon red chili flakes
1/2 cup water
Directions
1. Chop or cut beef into small pieces by preference (1 inch x .5 inch)
2. Pour all ingredients into crock pot
3. Set it and forget it! (2 hours on high)
4. Turn off crock pot and serve on whole wheat baguette with mayo or on top of brown rice
5. Enjoy!
Brussel Slaw
Ingredients
10 oz shaved brussels sprouts (you can buy pre cut or dice yourself)
4 tablespoons mayo
4 tablespoons mayo
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon dill weed
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1. Add all ingredients to bowl
2. Stir fervently
3. Enjoy!
