If you’re looking for a place to watch the 2016 Canadian (Senior) National Championships in weightlifting, you’re in luck: The event is live-streamed on YouTube thanks to the British Columbia Weightlifting Association. It’s embedded below:
Lifting begins on Friday May 20th, with the Men’s 69kg B group at 5:30pm BC time (so 8:30pm EST). Lifting starts at 9am BC time on Saturday and 9:30am BC time on Sunday. The full schedule for lifting groups and sessions is below, all in British Columbia time:
